Developed individualized education and behavior targets for all students in coordination with occupational and speech therapists. Conducted Functional Behavior Assessments and developed Behavior Intervention Plans. Created IEP goals and participated in annual IEP meetings with the NY Department of Education.

Received TOEFL certification. Taught English to 360 students in 4th-6th grades at a public elementary school in rural Thailand.
